Yes, if you registered for the 2020 Firefighter Stairclimb Challenge, originally scheduled to take place on May 3, your registration, your donations and fundraising will support your Virtual Stairclimb, taking place July 20 – 26, 2020.
You received a tax receipt by registering for the 2020 Stairclimb by:
a) registering with a $50 donation;
b) paying a $50 donation to register and you may or may not have completed your
commitment to raise an additional $150 minimum in fundraising;
c) or by paying $200 to complete your minimum fundraising commitment in full.
All funds raised for the 2020 Firefighter Stairclimb Challenge will be allocated to the 2020 Virtual Stairclimb. In compliance with Canada Revenue Agency, donations are not refundable.
It is our hope to see all of you return to join in the comradery of the Stairclimb.
Given registration fees are charitably receipted, there are no refunds. You can transfer your spot to someone else in the event if you cannot attend.
A $50 donation is required to hold your place in the event, with a commitment to raise an additional $150 by July 26, 2020. A fundraising total of $200 is required to be eligible for prize draws along with proof that you climbed 1204 stairs.
Donors are able to support your efforts by making an online donation by going to
www.calgarystairclimb.com and donating to a participant.
Cash and cheque donations made payable to you, to support your fundraising may be deposited into your bank account. Funds can be e-transferred to finance@wellspringcalgary.ca followed by the Electronic Funds Transfer form, completed in full with the donor’s first/last name, address, city, province, postal code and phone number, emailed to: finance@wellspringcalgary.ca and funddevcoordinator@wellspringcalgary.ca. The total of the e- transfer and the Electronic Funds Transfer form must match.
All donations of $20 or more are eligible for a tax receipt when the donor’s first/last name, address, city, province, postal code and phone number are completed in full.
Please complete the Cheques Made Payable to Wellspring form itemizing all cheques with the donor’s first/last name, address, city, province, postal code and phone number. Forward all cheques made payable to Wellspring Calgary along with the form to:
